What we do
PanKras Therapeutics is a clinical-stage oncology company developing first-in-class intracellular biologics for KRAS G12V-driven cancers.
The company holds exclusive rights to use a proprietary intracellular delivery technology for KRAS G12V oncology across four tumour types, secured via license from its parent holding company.
PanKras is headquartered at the Malta Life Sciences Park.
Our focus
PanKras is purpose-built around a single therapeutic mission: making KRAS G12V — one of oncology's most validated and most difficult targets — reachable with a precision biologic. Every aspect of the company is structured around advancing CMD002 through clinical development and bringing a targeted therapy to patients who currently have no option.
